OrderPilot SMS Order Management Service
The OrderPilot SMS program sends a single, one-time text message containing a secure payment link after you place a food order by phone and give verbal consent on the call. This is a transactional, one-time message — we do not send marketing or recurring messages.
Message frequency is one message per order, sent only when you request a payment link by text on the call. We do not send recurring or marketing messages.
By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that your wireless carrier's standard message and data rates apply to all SMS messages sent and received as part of this program. You are responsible for all carrier charges associated with SMS communications.
Consent is collected verbally during the phone call you place to order. After your order is confirmed, our voice assistant discloses the program (brand name, one-time payment-link message, message and data rates, HELP and STOP, and where to find these Terms and our Privacy Policy) and obtains your explicit verbal "yes" before sending the one-time payment-link text to the mobile number you confirm on the call.
Your consent is completely voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. Your decision to opt in or decline the payment-link text will not affect your ability to use other OrderPilot services or place orders.

Delays in message delivery may occur due to carrier networks, network congestion, device compatibility issues, or other technical factors beyond our control. OrderPilot is not liable for any damages resulting from message delays, non-delivery, or carrier errors.
Your phone number and personal information are treated with strict confidentiality. We will not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes; SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
